The other day I went to Costco with a friend (thank you Jill) and bought a big package of the frozen meatballs.

We had Spaghetti and the meatballs the other night for dinner. This wasn’t made from scratch, but was super easy and yummy!

I heated the meatballs in the microwave in my Pampered Chef microcooker according to the package directions.

I boiled some water with olive oil and once boiling, added spaghetti to it. I cook the spaghetti until I think it looks ready – I rarely ever time it anymore. Once it was done, I strained it in the sink.

Then in a saucepan, I poured a jar of Classico Mushroom and Olive Spaghetti sauce. The Classico sauce is really good and comes in all kinds of flavors. It is also Weight Watcher friendly and not too bad on points.

I added the meatballs to the sauce and heated it.

Then we served up the pasta and the spaghetti sauce with meatballs. It was super delicious and so easy to make! We’ll definitely have it again!
